Dalchini: 3 Gram

Tarkeeb Tayari (Procedure):

Dalchini ko 120 mli liter pani mein josh de kar chan lein aur shakar se mitha kar lein.

Tarkeeb Istamal (Uses):

Nend na aane ki sorat mein es amezy ko din mein 2 bar lein es ke istamal se be khawabi mein kami aey gi.

Bhang ke taza pattey: 30 Gram

Tarkeeb Tayari (Procedure):

Bhang ke taza patton ko pani ke sath pes kar lep bana lein.

Tarkeeb Istamal (Uses):

Bhang ke Patton ke lap ko din mein 1 bar kuch der ke liye paon ke talwon per lagain es amal se nend mein behtari aay gi aur sehat achi ho jae gi.

Roghan-e-Kaddu aur Roghan-e-Banafsha: Hum-wazan

Tarkeeb Tayari (Procedure):

Roghan-e-Kaddu aur Roghan-e-Banafsha ko hum-wazan mila kar 1 bottle mein band kar ke rakh dein.

Tarkeeb Istamal (Uses):

Neend na aaney ki surat mein es oil ko sote waqt sir aur talwon per lagaein. 1 ya 2 qatre kan mein dalein aur maqad mein lagain be-khawabi se nijat mil jae gi.
