Calcium and phosphorus is important for health of human body because every cell in our body uses phosphorus and calcium and its needs for all men and women. Important nutrients build strong bones and teeth. About 85% of calcium and phosphorus in the body can be found in bones. The human body use calcium and phosphorus is in muscles, heart, nervous system and bone. Phosphorus is required for the growth, repair and preservation of all cells and tissues.
