Importance of Human Body Elements: Human bodies have required some elements to active and living. Some elements take part in important function in the structures of proteins and the activities of enzymes. Major elements and compounds in the human body are chlorine, magnesium, sulfur, iron, calcium, oxygen, sodium, potassium and iodine. We are going to discus about some of the uses of elements in the structure of human’s body and discus about why these elements are necessary in the body for best health in Urdu and Hindi.

Insani jism ke liye mukhtalif madaniyat bohat aehumyat rakhte hein jo darja zail hein.

Chlorine:

Chlorine jism ki safai karta hai, khas kar pait aur antdiyon ki doctors tifiede yani “tap diq” mein chlorine mixture dete hein. Yeh charbi ko ghatata aur zehrile madon ko halak karta hai.

Chlorine jism ki ghalazat ko bahar nikalta hai, hazme ki quwat barhata hai aur qabz ko dor karta hai. Es ki kami se zukam ho jata hai, pait phol jata hai, tabeyat afsurda rehne lagti hai, mizaj chirchira ho jata hai, gurde (kidney) ki bimari aur danton se khon aana aana Chlorine ki kami zahir karta hai, chand chezon mein Chlorine zyada paya jata hai, moli, band ghobi, piyaz, palak, gajar, tamater aur bakri ka dodh.

Magnesium:

Magnesium qudrat ki qabz shuda dawa hai, pathon ko taqat deta hai, dimagh aur aesab ki parwarish karta hai Phosphorus aur Calcium ke sath mil kar haddiyon, danton aur khopri ko mazbot karta hai. Mamoli Magnesium ki aik chutki garam pani mein ghol kar pina dard aur pait ke marod ko dor karta hai yeh dard ki khas dawa hai jis admi ke mazaj mein turshi ho use magnesium ki zarorat hai. Sulphur (Sulfur, Gandhak):

Sulphur jism mein chusti lata hai, jigar se safra ka ikhraj aur taqat peda karti hai, khon ko saaf kar ke jild ko haseen banati hai, balon ko barhati hai, chot ki bimariyon ke hamle se bachati hai, jism se gande madon ko nikalti hai aur gathiya, jildi aur khoni amraz ke zehron ko kharij karti hai gandhak (sulphur) jism mein phosphorus ka asar qaem rakhti hai, zyada dimagi uksahat se bachati hai. mote admiyon ke liye Sulphur (Sulfur) wali gheza zarori hai es ki kami se jildi bimariyan aur gathye ka dard peda ho jata hai. ye baat hal mein daryaft hoi hai aur jildi bimariyan tabdiq ka pesh khema hein. Iron (folad):

Calcium (Chona):

Calcium haddiyon aur danton ko banata aur khon ki naliyon ki diwarein mazbot karta hai, quwate-e-bardasht, achi yad-dasht, kam karne ki aehumyat aur aur taqat ka daro madar khon mein calcium ki kafi maqdar per hai. calcium he iron (foulad) ko surkh khon banane mein madad deta hai. e ski kami se haddiyan kamzor aur dant kharab ho jate hein. Oxygen khon ko saaf aur jism mein garmi aur maqnates peda karti hai, jism mein hosla aur kam karne ki khahish peda karti hai, khon ke andar jo ghalazat hoti hai use jala kar tandurasti barhati hai. oxygen ki kami se khon zard ho jata hai jism mein kamzori peda ho jati hai jin ke jism mein oxygen kum hoti hai woh mutaadad amraz ka shikar ho jate hein, jism ko kafi maqdar mein oxygen na milne se jism mein susti aani shoru ho jati hai zukam hamla aawar ho jata hai. aur rafta rafta zukam se khansi aur khansi se tap-diq aa gherti hai. oxygen kahan aur kin chezon mein mil sakti hai: angor (grabs), saib (apple), sangtare, sabz mirch aur piyaz (onion) mein, samandar aur darya ke kinare aur darmiyan mein yoclupts, ched, papal aur chanare ke darakhton ke niche.

Sodium:

Sodium sakht mado ko ghol kar jism se bahar nikalta hai, jigar aur gurdon (kidney) aur jigar ki pathriyon aur jodon mein se boric acid ko pighla kar kharij karta hai, ghatas ko hatata hai. es liye doctors bad-hazmi aur khati dekaron mein soda khelate aur gurde (kidney) jigar (liver) aur jodon ke dard mein sodium ke murakabat rehte hein. 50% se zyada bimariyan jism ghatas se peda hoti hai, es liye sodium ka khon mein kafi maqdar mein hona nehayat zarori hai. yeh pathon ko mazbot aur aesab ko chust karta hai, jodon ko saf aur lachakdar banata hai, hadiyon aur danton ko kharab hone se rokta hai, qabz kasha hai, hazma tez karta hai, pathri banne se rokta hai aur khon se carbonic acid nikalta ha, gheza mein sodium ki kami ya gher mojodgi se jism ka wazan kam hota hai, bad-hazmi rehti hai aur bhok kam lagti hai. Sodium mandarja zail ghezaon mein paya jata hai. gajar (carrot), khera, saib (apple), paalak, injer, matha, aalu Bukhara, chuqandar, strawberry, moli, shaljam.

Potassium:

Potassium tez khar jism ki safai aur badan mein bijli ki tarha chusti peda karta hai, patthon aur jodon ko lachakdar aur mazbot banata hai. qabz aur doran-e-khon ki susti potassium ki kami se hoti hai. duble, patle, kamzor, maryal no-jawan potassium ki kami ka shikar hote hein, yeh tez dorne walon, terakon aur pehalwano ka dost hai. agar jism mein potassium ka jazo kafi maqdar mein mojod ho tou zakham khud-ba-khud jald he bhar jata hai. potassium, oxygen ko khench kar jism mein lata aur dimagh mein nai zindagi peda karta hai. potassium jism ki kamzori aur susti ko dor karta hai. jism mein es ki kami waqae hone ki wajha se foran bimariyan hamla kar deti hein. Es ki kami se zukam bhi ho jata hai. yeh mandarja zail korak mein paya jata hai, woh tamam sag aur sabziyan jo zamin se oper hoti hein aur jinhein dhop khob lagti hai, woh sabziyan aur botiyan jo zaeqe mein kadwi hoti hein, maslan karela, chiraeta waghera, sonf, soya, palak, moli, shaljam aur gajar ke oper ke hisse ke patte, tamatar, strawberry, tarboz, aalu, potassium ka khazana hai.

Iodine:

Iodine insani jism ke liye bohat zarori hai. es ki kami se jism mein giltiyan banti hein aur gale mein gillad bhi ban jata hai yeh aik qisam ka ghadod hota hai jo iodine ki kami se gardan mein namodar ho jata hai aur cancer ki shakal ikhtayar kar leta hai, es ki zarorat hamla aurton, bacho, borhon, aur no-jawanon ko bohat hoti hai. Iodine mandarja zail ashya mein paya jata hai, seafood, garlic, samandar ke andar peda hone wali ghas aur bakri ke dodh wagher mein.
