Importance of Iodine

Iodine is an important element of our body. Its control thyroid gland functions of human body. Its mean iodine is important for your body. The human body desires iodine to make thyroid hormones and this gland control the body’s metabolism and other functions so iodine found in seafood, pineapple, eggs, china grass, kelp, sea grass, bread, garlic and some vegetables. Importance of Iodine in the Body:

Iodine jism mein aik bara juz hai, yeh jism mein aesy kam karta hai jese tincture iodine shifa khano mein, yeh kedon ko marta hai, zakhmo ko saf karta hai, pep parne ko rokta hai. Yeh insani jism mein ek aehum kirdar ada karta hai, bimariyon ke khelaf qowate-e-madafat peda karta hai, borho, jawano, bachon, aurton gharz sab ko e ski zarorat hoti hai.

Hamla autar (pregnant women) ko es ki khas zarorat hoti hai. Jin bachon ke jism mein iodine kam hota hai woh aay din bimar rehte hein, har mosam mein koi na koi marz laga rehta hai. samandar ke kinare rehne walon mein iodine zyada paya jata hai. Jin ke jism mein iodine kafi hota hai, woh chust aur phurteley hote hein, angrezon, japaniyon aur jarmano mein iodine degar mamalik ke logo ki nisbat zyada paya jata hai. Angrezo ke muqable mein pak-o-hind mein logo ke jism mein iodine bohat kum maqdar mein paya jata hai, esi liye hum log sust hein aur zyada der kam nahi kar sakte, bimar rehte hein. Aur pleg, heza, influenza, chechak, tapdeq aur degar amraz ke zyada shikar hote hein.

Iodine jism mein giltiyon ki qowat-e-amal ko tez karta hai, gardan mein jo shahi thyroid gland hai, es ka taluq iodine se hai, jitni zyada iodine wali khorak jism mein jati hai woh star gland ko khorak pohchati hai aur tez karti hai. Yeh gland jism mein degar giltiyon se sab se zyada zabardast kam karne wala gland hai. Yeh jism mein hararat peda karta hai, balon ko barhata aur siyah rangat qaem rakhta hai, agar yeh gland sust ho jate hein tou jism aur dimagh ke tamam kam karne wale gland sust ho jate hein. Es gland mein aik bohat bara jazu iodine se hai jo dimaghi kam karne mein madad deta hai, nai tadabir ka sochna sikhata hai, himmat aur hosla peda karta hai, qad barhata hai, zahanat aur hafza tez karta hai.
