Importance of Water to Health

Water is very important to human body and our life. Almost 70% of water includes our body. The purpose of these physically watery includes absorption, digestion, transportation of nutrients, circulation, creation of saliva and preservation of body temperature. In this page we are going to discus about importance of water to health in Urdu and Hindi.

Zindagi aur sehat ko barqarar rakhne ke liye hawa ke bad sab se zarori chez pani (water) hai, tandurasti ko qaem rakhne ke liye humein pak-o-saf hawa ki tarha khalis aur pakeza pani ki bhi zarorat hai, jis tarha ghalez hawa mein sans lene se hum bimar par jate hein, esi tarha ganda aur kasef pani (water) pine se bhi humari tandurasti bigar jati hai. Pani ka estamal dosri ghizaon ke sath es liye zarori hai ke yeh ghiza ko raqeq bana kar hazm ke qabil banata hai, aur inhein siyal shakal mein rakhta hai. Yeh dosry ghizai ajza ko barik ragon mein pohcha deta hai, yeh fazlat ko pasine aur pishab ke raste kharij hone mein saholat bakhshta hai. Hazma durust rakhne ya khon ki zarorat pori karne ke liye jab jism ko pani ki talb hoti hai tou es ka izhar piyas ki sorat mein hota hai. es liye piyas ko bohat der tak rokna nuqsanda hai. yeh baat khob yad rakhye ke pani ka darja hararat humare jism ke darja hararat ke mutabiq hona chahiye. Barf se bohat sard kiya howa ya chay waghera ki sorat mein yeh sada pani bohat garam halat mein sehat ke liye mozir hai, garam pani jild aur aesab ko nuqsan pohchata hai tou barf hazme ki kharabi aur meda jism ki kamzori ka baes hota hai.

Sehat ko barqarar rakhne ke liye pani pine ka bhi aik tariqa hai jise bohat kam log jante hein aur jante bhi hein tou nazar andaz kar jate hein aur gilass ko ghata ghat chrha jate hein, halanke piyas bujhane ke liye aahista aahista chote chote ghonton mein 3 sans mein pani khatm karna chahiye. Wabai amraz ke dinon mein pani ko obal kar chan kar saf bartanon mein bhar lena chahiye aur pher thanda hone per pina chahiye, obalne se pani ke tamam jarasim mar jate hein.
